Currently Hiring: Sales Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking e-commerce sales extraordinaire to work under the direct guidance of the Sales Manager of New Zealand based auto online store, ADEN’S TYRES AND AUTOMOTIVE. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, providing your knowledge and expertise on all things automotive. You will also partake in product research and development, and liaise with our multiple suppliers, whilst working alongside a small but multifaceted and vibrant team from all across the globe!

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Working towards company KPIs and targets.
  • Responding to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with social media and marketing where required.
  • Following all company policies and procedures.
  • Coordination of various ad-hoc requests as required.
  • Completing miscellaneous administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Adequate knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry.
  • Tech Savvy.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Customer service and people skills.
  • Proactive self-starter.
  • Strong organisation and time management.
  • Clear and precise communication.
  • High standard of written and verbal English.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks.

KNOWLEDGE OF THE FOLLOWING IS ADVANTAGEOUS
