During our extensive R & D research and in response to feedback from numerous customers, we have found that excessive movement of the rear cross member in VE Commodores reduces the vehicle handling capabilities and in many instances contributes to motion sickness for rear seat passengers. The reason for this is simply heavily voided rear cross member to chassis mounts. These make the car very quiet and comfortable inside the cabin, but under normal or spirited driving conditions allow for unwanted movement, causing the vehicle to feel less responsive.
